Phase 0 protocol erratum

This correction sits beside the authorized V1 summary. It does not replace that archive.

The B2 addendum says the original precommitment explicitly allowed a binary representation of continuous LogD. The precommitment contains no such clause. Original Object B was refused as a regression task. B2 is a later binary adaptation. The historical label PHASE0_PAIRED_DISCRIMINATION=PASS means that adapted comparison, not the strict original pair.
